Healthy Titans 2020 Fitness Program...

is dedicated to educating, motivating and empowering UW Oshkosh employees, their families and students to make healthy lifestyle choices that provide for their optimal health and overall quality of life.

The Healthy Titans 2020 Fitness program is open to all University of Wisconsin Oshkosh employees, spouses/domestic partners and retirees.  It offers a variety of group exercise classes including Muscle Mix, Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Water Aerobics, Core and Kickboxing each semester to meet your fitness needs.  In addition to the group exercise classes, participants may use the Albee Fitness and Strength Training Center or the services of a student fitness specialist.  Several different program options are available.  All program fees include a locker and towel rental.

The Albee Fitness & Strength Training Center will be open to all UWO employees, spouses and retirees from 6:00 - 8:00 AM, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM, and 3:30 - 5:30 PM Monday through Friday for the 2012 Fall and 2012 Spring Semesters. There will be no classes during Spring Break (3/18-3/22), and interim classes are to be determined. There will be no cost to use the facility during this time.  Marissa will be available in Albee 108 to help you and answer any questions you may have regarding use of the equipment and lockers.

If you weren't a Healthy Titans 2020 member during the 2011-12 academic year or summer 2012, you will be required to complete an "Agreement for Assumption of Risk, Indemnification, Release, and Consent for Emergency Treatment" form which will be available in the fitness center.

We ask that you please sign the attendance log on the front desk each time you use the facility.
