Why you should join:

1. Learn Self-Defense
In this day and age it is wise to be able to protect yourself and your loved ones. Tang Soo Do should only be used to defend yourself and others, never to attack.

2. Develop Endurance and Controlled Breathing
In Tang Soo Do you will learn to control your breathing during physical activities, which will in turn increase your ability to perform. Controling your breathing is a very important step in developing endurance.

3. Develop Flexibility
Combining stretching techniques with a bi-weekly workout, Tang Soo Do can increase your flexibilty as well as your health.

4. Meet New Friends and Have Fun

How much does it cost?

The UW Oshkosh Karate Club is very affordable. The cost is a mere $35 per semester or $60 for the year (school year). Prospective members get three free classes to see if this is for them before any type of payment is required!! Can't afford it right away? No problem. Mr. Gruettner, our instructor, will be more than happy to work out a payment plan with you.

If you think $35 per semester is too much, consider this: The average price for membership at most martial arts schools is $50 to $100 per MONTH!! So, if you pay for the year, you get a potential savings of over $900!! Add that to the high quality training you will get and you can't go wrong.

So what are you waiting for? Come on down and check us out!
