Your computer should be booted to Mac OSX. This will only work on a Mac.
Plug the camera into computer via USB. Open the view screen on the camera to power on. Camera will mount 2 or three drives to desktop; "A" "internal" and "something else"(usually untitled). The "something else" drive is the one you are probably interested in... if you don't find the files there, try on "internal".
Browse the file structure of the card. The path should be " DCIM -> 1OOmedia ->" Movies should be in this folder.
If the file extension is ".mov".
You can use the space bar to quickly preview the movies to find your file. There may be other students files on the camera.
Proceed to podcast capture steps below.

You'll be presented with four choices. You should just be able to drag the .mov file you need to upload onto this window. If this fails, click on "file" and you will be presented with a choose file dialog, where you can manually select and upload.
After you have done this, you'll be prompted to choose a workflow and name the file. Most students will only have one workflow available, but check to make sure it is the correct one. Name the file, and choose submit. You will get 2 messages; first "your file is being submitted" then "your file has been submitted. Once you have seen both, the file has been sent to the server . It should appear in your course within an hour or so. Do not delete your files until you can confirm the upload was successful.
