Requests for email lists or data extracts
If you can, please log in before submitting your issue.
When you request an email list or a data extract, please include the following in the full description of your request:
- if it is a request you have made in the past, please provide the exact name of any SQR or program that was used to fulfill your request, and if the previous request is in this tracker, please include the number or URL of the particular issue
- any parameters you may need, such as the term for which to run the query or SQR
- the exact format needed of the report or extract: column names, column order, quoted strings, comma or tab separated, etc.
- the date by which you require the extract
