Signs from the IRC

Our plexiglass supplier has informed us that black is no longer available as an option. we are unable to provide plexiglas signs on a black background.

This form may be used for all Plexiglas sign orders. Any other sign types (such as printed white on blue and mounted on foam) should still be ordered in person in Graphics and Presentations Design.

Name plates, (for brass desk holders) are available only in clear:

yellow on clear
black on clear
white on clear

Door plates are available in clear, white, black, and bronze:

yellow on white
black on white
yellow on black
white on black
yellow on bronze
white on bronze

Please choose the size of your signs

inches - $8.50 per sign
inches - $10.50 per sign
inches - $12.50 per sign

Please type the text exactly as you would like it to appear on the signs.

Use a separate text box for each sign, if you need more signs than we have provided boxes for, please submit additional forms. We will use the text exactly as it appears below; including spelling, punctuation, and capitalization.

Screw Holes

Holes can be drilled at the corners of bigger signs, or centered on the ends of smaller signs.
