The Presentations Lab has digital video and still cameras for student use at absolutely no charge to the students of UW Oshkosh. Faculty and staff seeking to use a digital camera should contact the IDEA lab for information about equipment available to them. Cameras are available for three day checkout, and are always due back at 11:00 am. Due to the large demand for equipment, we do have to charge late fees. Late fees of $5.00 per hour will be strictly enforced to help ensure cameras are available for students when they sign up for them.

The Lab has one professional grade Panasonic Digital Video Cameras available for checkout. These cameras are equipped with IEEE1394 digital connections and standard analog connections that make editing easy.
The cameras use standard mini DV tapes, available for purchase at the Presentations Lab.
