Welcome. We're here to help you with your integrated marketing and communications efforts in support of the UW Oshkosh brand.

If you have a good idea about what type of marketing communications help you are looking for, please go ahead and fill in the form below to the best of your ability to register an official project request. Please summarize the project and what you want to achieve: How will you measure the success of the project?

The Audience: (Required)

Who is the primary audience? What does the audience need and expect to find in the materials? Is there a secondary audience and how are they different?

Objectives:

What objectives are you trying to achieve? How will the objectives be measured? For example, raising enrollment in your summer program by 15 percent.

The Message: (Required)

What is the primary message of the project? Prioritize the top features and/or facts about the program and its value to the audience. What other major points do you want to communicate?

Tone and Image:

What tone is most appropriate to this audience? What imagery will be most effective? For example, the tone of the text and the imagery might need to be conversational and contemporary for an online message directed at potential students.

The Medium/Channel:

What is the best way to reach this audience? Are there existing projects with which this piece must work? How will this project be delivered to the audience? For example, nontraditional students might prefer to receive messages through e-mail rather than snail mail.

Will you be providing the text needed for the project? (Required)

Other Requirements:

Any other design objectives or special circumstances? Are there any mandatories that must be in the piece? How does this project fit with the overall marketing/communications needs of your department?

The Deadline: (Required)

When must the message get to the audience for maximum effect? When must we deliver the finished work?

Budget: (Required)

What is your budget (projects will not begin until a budget is defined)? Quantity? Account number (projects will not begin until an account number is defined)? This will cover the cost of printing as there is no charge for IMC service.

Who is the primary contact person and the person with approval authority?

By submitting this form I indicate that I agree to expend funds from the specified account to pay for the printing/production costs, including 16 sample prints if applicable, of this project as outlined above. If this project includes student likenesses/quotes, I will provide students who best represent the project, department, team, program and the University. I also understand that any delays on my part in meeting the agreed upon timeline could compromise the project delivery date.
