Camera Check-Out Request

Only current UW Oshkosh staff, faculty and student leadership are eligible to check out the camera.
The camera is available on a first come, first serve basis. It is available to be checked out or returned during regular office hours Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Conditions

Please note that the camera is to be returned within the specified time or the unit may be charged a late fee of $20 per day.
In the case of damaged or missing equipment, the unit will assume the cost of replacement or repair (equipment includes camera, 4GB SD card (x2), battery charger, USB cord and case).
The camera should not be exposed to damaging elements (rain, wind, sand, dust etc.)
The camera must be used for University-related events only.
