University Photography Services documents the UW Oshkosh story through vibrant, dynamic images that reflect the University’s commitment to providing an innovative, high-quality, affordable and accessible education. Our full-time university photographer covers campus, providing photos and images that tell our story.

Priority is given to campus photography required for student recruitment, University communications, and media and public relations. This includes:

• major University events and celebrations
• notable guest lecturers
• major promotional photos, such as check and award presentations
  

 Photography services can be provided to colleges, departments and units, subject to availability, for:

• news events
• classroom environments
• academic or campus life activities
• campus architecture
• on- and off-campus locations
• portraits
  

Guidelines for Photography Requests

• Requests must be made at least two weeks in advance.
• Submit a request using the Photography Request Form.
• Integrated Marketing and Communications reserves the right to prioritize projects in accordance with the above criteria.
• A specific photo date may not be possible due to scheduling conflicts.

Staff and Faculty Portraits

Official staff and faculty portraits can be taken during scheduled studio times, offered throughout the year. Contact Jaslyn Gilbert at gilbertj@uwosh.edu for the upcoming schedule. Professional portraits are used for University-wide communications, media relations and publicity.

Faculty and staff should wear business attire with understated colors, textures and patterns.
