Access to Public Records – UW Oshkosh Public Records Custodian
The Chancellor has designated the Special Assistant to the Chancellor as the custodian of all public unclassified University and personnel records maintained at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
Normal office hours in the Office of the Chancellor are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Requests for records can be made through the Office of the Chancellor during those hours. People making records requests must provide reasonable prior notice and may incur copying and/or request-processing charges, in accordance with Wisconsin Open Records law, Wis. Stat. § 19.31-19.39.
