Dr. Krueger is a specialist in American politics. His doctoral research examined mediating factors on attitudes toward same sex marriage and civil unions. He is also currently working on new projects that consider public attitudes toward undocumented immigrants in Iowa and the effect of military service on Latino feelings of efficacy and trust.
