Dr. Filipova specializes in organization/administrative theory and human resources management with a focus on ethics and leadership. In her dissertation, she combined these interests with the field of healthcare in a study on the perceptions of organizational support and ethical work climates as predictors of turnover in skilled nursing facilities.
