Brand Review Checklist

To help you better align your marketing and communications efforts with the institutional image, Integrated Marketing and Communications offers brand review services. 

Looking over this list prior to submitting your document may save time in the review process. It will be beneficial to review this list for each document you submit to the IMC brand review process.

Does my publication:

  • Contain the University logo?
  • Utilize current University photos?
  • Include instructions on how to obtain additional information?
  • Clearly identify the purpose of the publication and indicate the intended audience(s)?
  • Indicate the month or season and year of printing?
  • Feature specific logos only as secondary to the UW Oshkosh logo?
  • Comply with the graphic identity standards outlined in the Interim Visual and Graphic Guidelines Plan

If you answered “yes” to all of these questions, your publication should pass the brand review process its first time through.

If you answered “no” to any questions, please consider how to incorporate the appropriate edits into your piece, or contact IMC at 424-2442 to request assistance.
