The IMC is pleased to provide colleges, departments and programs a dedicated account liaison, who will work with you in the determination of creative marketing and communication project possibilities and to ensure your needs are fulfilled.
The responsibilities of your account liaison are:
- Serve as your first contact for questions and/or brain-storming
- Assist in the steps to schedule a project
- Work with you to determine project scope, quantity and distribution plan
- Inform you of who will be managing your project
- Meet with you on a regular basis to determine short-term and long-term marketing communication needs, goals and strategies
- Listen to your feedback upon project completion and share feedback with the project’s team in order to improve
