The University tagline is an optional addition to the wordmark. Guidelines for use of the tagline with the wordmark are shown at right. When the tagline appears with the wordmark, it should appear in black, unless the wordmark is reversed out or presented in a single color; in those cases, the tagline should match the wordmark. In certain circumstances, it will be advisable or necessary to separate the tagline from the wordmark in the same document. In those instances, follow the usage guidelines at bottom right. The tagline must not be used in conjunction with the University logo, athletic marks or other University symbols.
Tagline Use in EmailEmail is the most commonly used form of communication on campus. To best leverage email communication, below is a suggested format for faculty and staff to use for email signatures:

It is suggested to limit use of additional quotes, slogans, graphics and/or email backgrounds to make your signature more readable and accessible to all recipients.
