Respect and Invest
Understanding individuals' strengths and utilizing those strengths to drive strategy forward is the IMC approach. We believe in investing the right resources into the proper projects as well as respecting the expertise our colleagues bring to the table.
Credibility and Integrity
We strive to earn enduring trust and credibility from our constituents, inside and outside of the campus community, by conducting ourselves conscientiously and professionally. Whether working with media relations or marketing, we avoid sensationalism in preference of honesty and transparency in championing the key messages of the institution.
Creativity and Strategy
Artistic creativity is critical, but strategic creativity is crucial. It doesn't matter how eye-catching a poster is if it's hanging on the wrong wall. We believe in progressive creative expression that makes an impact. We also nurture and encourage creative thought — the kind that gets you noticed.
