Requirements (Degree/Experience):

PhD, college-level teaching experience, commitment to publication, specialization in either Asian American or Latino/a Literature.

Responsibilities:

Teach a 24-credit load (reduced by six credits reassigned to research for active scholars) of undergraduate and graduate courses in American Ethnic Literature (specialization in Asian American or Latino/a Literature) as well as general education courses in literature and composition; direct M.A. theses; advise students in the major; serve on committees; pursue an active agenda of research and publication.
