Postdoctoral Research Associate - Energy Storage/Conversion - 032a.0708

Chemistry

Requirements (Degree/Experience):

Requirements include a Ph.D. in Chemistry or Materials Science and training/experience in electrochemistry.

Responsibilities:

Development and evaluation of new materials for use in electrodes and other components of energy storage/conversion devices.

Preferences:

Experience with design/development of batteries, double-layer capacitors, or solar energy conversion.

Start Date:

June 1, 2008

Salary:

$38,000

Terms of Appointment:

The initial appointment for this position is one year. Appointment to a second year is contingent on funding.
