Assistant Professor of Art Education- 022a.0809

Requirements (Degree/Experience):

Ph.D. or Ed.D. required at the time of appointment. Minimum of 3 years full-time K-12 teaching experience required.

Responsibilities:

Candidate will be expected to teach Art Education courses to Art Education students and to elementary education majors, advise students in the major, supervise clinical and student teachers in art and assume committee responsibilities. Additional responsibilities may include teaching art appreciation, coordinating High School Art Day.

Preferences:

College teaching experience; Secondary teaching experience
