Training & Development SUPERVISORS OF STUDENT EMPLOYEES
The Human Resources Office sponsors the “SUCCESS” (Supporting a Unique Change Concept to Employ Students Successfully) program. If you supervise student employees, you need to have knowledge of how to handle issues such as motivation, discipline, professionalism in the supervisor/student relationship, conflict, how to provide emotional support, goal setting and delegating responsibility. All of these and more are covered in this series in a fun, interactive format. Facilitators include campus professionals who have extensive experience in supervising student employees.
