I started at UW Oshkosh in the fall of 1983 as an undergraduate student. After earning a bachelor’s and master’s degree from UW Oshkosh, I have been fortunate enough to remain here as an employee. I began assisting the human resources director, Beth Heuer, in January of 2004 in Human Resources and Affirmative Action. I coordinate the leadership and training programs sponsored byand complete other responsibilities in Human Resources. I am lucky to be working at an institution full of optimistic, excited, anxious and determined students. The commitment exhibited by faculty and staff on our campus is inspiring. I enjoy coming to work everyday and look forward to the challenges each day presents.

Hello! I have been working for UW Oshkosh since 1998 and am grateful to be a part of the Human Resources team. Everyday I look forward to the interaction with you, the staff and students. I truly enjoy supporting employees through my role and welcome a chance to visit one-on-one. I currently serve on the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Public Relations Committee. As part of my leadership and customer service goals, I am currently working towards a masters degree in psychology which includes a specialization in leadership development and coaching. In my free-time, I enjoy playing with my grandchild, traveling to visit family, and harvesting my vegetable garden. I look forward to seeing you around campus and feel free to make an appointment or visit me anytime!

I have been a member of the Human Resources team for 11 years. Being a part of the team has allowed me to be creative and to grow professionally. The Immigration Coordinator part of my position has offered me the opportunity to meet individuals from other countries and to learn about their heritage. In 1994 and 2000, I was proud to have been nominated to receive the Performance Recognition Award. In 2004 I was thrilled to have been given the opportunity to participate and complete the Classified Staff Team-building & Personal Development Program. I currently serve on the Affirmative Action Council. In my life outside of work, I thoroughly enjoy watching my three children grow and appreciate each day that I can be a part of it!

I have been an employee of UW Oshkosh since 1997. The best part of my job is the contact with the employees and the variety; it is never the same day-to-day. I am responsible for Unclassified benefits and I have recently become responsible for Unclassified recruitments, appointments and contracts, a great example that my job is always changing. I received my bachelor's degree in Organizational Administration in May, 2009. I will continue my pursuit of higher education. Starting Fall, 2009, I will begin pursuing my master's degree in Educational Leadership. Outside of work, if I'm not spending it with my family, I enjoy softball, volleyball and working on improving one of my hobbies...bowling.

After starting my state career with the University, I had the opportunity to return to UW Oshkosh in 1997. In the beginning, I worked with student employment; I now enjoy working with faculty and academic staff recruitments, appointments, and contracts along with the faculty and academic staff payroll. I enjoy new challenges and search out change. With the recent change in duties, I have been given the opportunity to learn so many new things and look forward to continuing the process of learning. My favorite part of my job is working with people. The University is a great place to work; the atmosphere is very positive.

While at UW Oshkosh, I have been fortunate enough to pursue my education. In May of 2006 I earned my bachelor degree in Liberal Studies. In May, 2009 I earned a master's degree in Public Administration from UW Oshkosh.

I recently joined the Human Resources Department as part of the Unclassified Team in January 2009, and it is great to be back on campus. I am a UW-Oshkosh graduate; I received my B.B.A. in Human Resources and Marketing in 2004. Since then I have spent 4+ years as a Human Resources Coordinator at a retail store. I enjoy customer service and try to apply that approach to my roles within HR. I also enjoy working with a wide variety of individuals and am excited about being able to continue to do so. I have a strong desire to learn and be successful, and I look forward to new challenges. In my free time, I watch a lot of movies, listen to a lot of music, and play a little bit of golf.

I have been on the UW-Oshkosh campus since September, 2003 when I started as an undergraduate student. I love the atmosphere of the campus. Whether you're a visitor or a student. UW-Oshkosh has so much to offer with plenty of student organizations and programs free or at little cost. I graduated from UWO in January, 2008 with a Bachelors in Business Administration and a minor in German and started in the Human Resources Department in March, 2008.

I have been in the UW Oshkosh Human Resources Office since 1982. Major responsibilities involve staffing, classification and employee relations to the 400+ civil service classified positions throughout the campus community. You will find me on the following committees /programs: EAP, CSDAD, Healthy Titans 2010, Health & Safety and the Employee Suggestion Program. For me, the best part of my job is working the wide variety of employees at the University. When not at work, you might find me with the boys “excavating” a local golf course.
