Smith Ave., Oshkosh, WI This presentation is free and open to the public and is specifically for Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) participants, particularly for those considering or planning to retire in the near future. Department of Employee Trust Fund (ETF) specialists discuss WRS retirement, death, separation benefits, as well as health and life insurance benefits. No reservations are needed. Location is handicap accessible.
