Limited Term Employment Opportunity - Office Support

Human Resources is now accepting applications to fill limited term employment (LTE) office support positions as they occur on campus.  Applicants must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (able to enter and extract information from spreadsheets); basic knowledge of Microsoft Word (able to complete and prepare various reports and correspondence), electronic mail, and the ability to navigate the World Wide Web.  Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to interact and communicate with customers, is essential.  Familiarity with PeopleSoft environment (Student Information System) is a plus.

Duration :  maximum of six months (full time)
Wage : varies
Work Schedule :  fixed daily schedule to be determined by Supervisor

Note: this position does not qualify for benefits or paid leave (vacation, holidays, etc.)
