Health Risk Assessments (HRA)Informations Sessions Please feel free to view the Information Session Slide Show The information sessions describe the HRAs in detail and answer any questions. The information sessions will take approximately 30-40 minutes and the dates/times/locations are listed below. Although you are able to attend one of these sessions during work time, please work with your supervisor to choose a time that works for you and your office. Health Risk Assessment (HRA) - What is it? What is a Health Risk Assessment (HRA)? The HRA is designed to identify which health conditions an individual is at risk for and then offer interventions to help address those risks. This is strictly confidential information between you and ThedaCare At Work with no individual medical information shared with UW Oshkosh. This voluntary health screen program, done in partnership with ThedaCare At Work , gathers sufficient information about you so that you can receive an individual informative report. The purpose of the report is to give you tools to help you take charge of your health and voluntarily make positive lifestyle changes. There will be no charge to you as an employee for participation in the HRA. During this first year 200 employees can participate. Watch for future screening dates. All screenings will take place in the Nursing/Education Graduate Lab located in the basement of N/E, Room 20. A 12 hour fasting is required prior to the screening. You will be given an assessment that will need to be completed and brought to your screening. How do I sign-up? If you are interested having a Health Risk Assessment watch for an email with future screening dates. Please contact Human Resources at 424-1166 or via email at hroffice@uwosh.edu with questions.
