Healthy Titans 2020 Fitness Program

The Healthy Titans 2020 Fitness program is open to all University of Wisconsin Oshkosh employees, spouses/domestic partners and retirees. It offers a variety of group exercise classes including Yoga, Core n Strength, Step Aerobics, Body Tone, and Interval Training each semester to meet your fitness needs.

In addition to the group exercise classes, participants may use the Albee Fitness and Strength Training Center or the services of a student fitness specialist. Several different program options are available.


The Albee Fitness & Strength Training Center will be open Monday–Friday to all UWO employees, spouses and retirees for the Fall 2015 and Spring 2016 semesters.

6–8 a.m.

11 a.m.– 2 p.m.

3:30–6 p.m.

Our student worker, Taylor, will be available in Albee Hall, Room 108 to help you and answer any questions you may have regarding use of the program.


If you weren't a Healthy Titans 2020 member during the 2014–15 academic year or summer 2015, you will be required to complete an "Agreement for Assumption of Risk, Indemnification, Release, and Consent for Emergency Treatment" form which will be available in the fitness center.

 We ask that you please sign the attendance log on the front desk each time you use the facility. We also ask that you please show your Titan ID (or a copy) and sign the attendance log on the front desk each time you use the facility.
