Requirements

Board certified in internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, or emergency medicine

Urgent Care skills; EKG interpretation, suture, minor surgical procedures.

Experience in medical management of mild to moderate mental health conditions, to include depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance abuse and eating disorders.

Outstanding interpersonal skills as demonsrated by providing formal and informal consultation with Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Laboratory Technologists, Psychologists, Psychiatrist, support staff and health promotion colleagues.

Proficient using electronic medical records

Current DEA license, WI MD/DO license, CPR certification

Two years post residency work experience.

Public speaking and presentation skills.

Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, with ablility to work with diverse populations, including but not limited to people of all ages with various ethnic, sexual orientation, educational, and socio-economic backgrounds.

Exhibit experience in and appreciation of inclusivity, first generation, low income and multicultural issues.

Create and maintain a work environment that is respectful and accepting of diversity.

Preferences

Advance Cardiac Life Support certified

College Health Expereience

Demonstrate familiarity with national trends and best practices related to diversity, inclusivity, undergraduate retention programs and practices, academic support services and campus climate issues.

Fulltime Fixed renewal academic year with limited summer hours
