Responsibilities

This position is unique to higher education (graduate level) and is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating marketing, promotional and outreach programs which increase enrollment in the MBA program and attendance and visibility of Leadership Series workshops. Plan and manage special events including training seminars, guest speakers, student and alumni events, graduation banquets. Establish and build relationships with external trainers, keynote speakers, alumni and subject matter experts. Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to track student applications, enrollment, marketing, attendance at events and other activities. Enhance CRM system to develop ongoing and more frequent communication, promotion and marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and record of related years of experience. Must have excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate to a wide variety of audiences. Self-starter to work efficiently in a self-managed work group.

Preferences

Demonstration of initiative and ability to manage projects. Experience developing marketing and promotional plans.
