Teach fundamental and advanced undergraduate music business courses. Coordinate music business stream of the music industry degree and mentor students on capstone and internship projects. Develop and maintain contacts with professional music industry. Actively recruit students. Participate in committee and other service work. Additional teaching may be assigned based on candidate's strengths and department needs.
Graduate degree in music and/or business, arts administration, music industry, or related field required (doctorate preferred); at least one degree in music and professional experience in music industry; evidence of potential for significant scholarly and/or creative work and evidence of successful undergraduate teaching in music industry/business.
Significant graduate level studies in music industry.
