Bio

"I started at UW Oshkosh in the fall of 1983 as an undergraduate student. After earning a bachelor’s and master’s degree from UW Oshkosh, I have been fortunate enough to remain here as an employee.

"I began assisting the human resources director in January of 2004 in Human Resources and Affirmative Action. I coordinate leadership and training programs, and complete other responsibilities in Human Resources.

"I am lucky to be working at an institution full of optimistic, excited, anxious and determined students. The commitment exhibited by faculty and staff on our campus is inspiring. I enjoy coming to work everyday and look forward to the challenges each day presents."

"Hello! I have been working for UW Oshkosh since 1998 and am grateful to be a part of the Human Resources team. Everyday I look forward to the interaction with you, the staff and students. I truly enjoy supporting employees through my role and welcome a chance to visit one-on-one.

"I currently serve on the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Council and Public Relations Committee as well as the Safety Team. As part of my leadership and customer service goals, I achieved a master's degree in psychology, which includes a specialization in leadership development and coaching.

"I have been a member of the Human Resources team for 11 years. Being a part of the team has allowed me to be creative and to grow professionally. The Immigration Coordinator part of my position has offered me the opportunity to meet individuals from other countries and to learn about their heritage.

"I have been an employee of UW Oshkosh since 1997. The best part of my job is the contact with the employees and the variety; it is never the same day-to-day.

"I am responsible for unclassified staff benefits and I have recently become responsible for unclassified staff recruitments, appointments and contracts, a great example that my job is always changing.

"I received my bachelor's degree in organizational administration in May 2009. Continuing my pursuit of higher education, I began seeking my master's degree in educational leadership in fall 2009.

Bio

I earned my undergraduate degree from UW Oshkosh in 2005. After graduation, I relocated to Maryland and was employed in Human Resources for both federal and state government agencies.

Upon returning to Wisconsin in 2011, I joined the UW Oshkosh HR team. I am excited to be working in the University's HR department and look forward to the many rewarding opportunities and challenges to come.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, running, traveling, volunteering and spending time with friends and family. I look forward to seeing you on campus.
