For a low cost, University of Wisconsin Oshkosh employees and their families have access to the Albee Fitness and Strength Training Center through the Healthy Titans 2020 Fitness Program, which includes access to the weight room and pool.

Weight Watchers at Work

The Weight Watchers at Work program provides UW Oshkosh employees with an opportunity to participate in weekly Weight Watchers meetings/weigh-ins on campus, at a reduced rate. Participants also have full-access to Weight Watchers online tools and health tracking services.

The Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential service designed to help University employees prevent or resolve personal, family and/or workplace problems affecting well-being and/or job performance.
