There are important changes to your benefits for 2013 that may require you to take action during the Benefit Enrollment and Change Period that begins on October 8, 2012.

This is the only time during the year when you are elitible to make benefit plan changes unless you have a life event (marriage, birth, divorce...) that allows you to add or change benefits. All benefit enrollments and changes made during this period will be effective January 1, 2013.

Be sure to read the coverage changes for benefits you currently hold.

Detailed benefit information can be found online. Please also watch your email for details.

 

Change/Enrollment Period: October 8-November 2, 2012

All changes/additions must be submitted online via eBenefits by 4:30pm on Friday, November 2, 2012. Be sure to submit twice on eBenefits to lock in your changes/additions.

eBenefits - Online Change and Enrollment Process

All enrollments and changes must completed via eBenefits except for the following:

The Employee Reimbursement Account (ERA) is done through WageWorks (www.wageworks.com)

Individual and Family Life Insurance - increase via eBenefits; decrease - use application

EPIC Benefits+ - remove vision, cancel coverage, remove dependents via application
