Be the Match (BTM) is an international registry that connects critically ill patients with potential bone marrow and blood donors.
A patient’s doctor can search BTM’s vast registry and other registries worldwide to access millions of donors and hundreds of thousands of blood units. Patients with blood cancers like leukemia and lymphoma, sickle cell, and other serious diseases depend on BTM to find such connections.

If you're an individual between the ages of 18 and 44 with a valid driver’s license, joining the registry is a quick and easy process that includes nothing more than a brief health survey and a cheek swab. With so many patients in need, wouldn't you like to be a match?

This spring's campaign aims to surpass the number of potential donors who joined the registry at UW Oshkosh last fall. Help us set a new record!

Please stop by Blackhawk, Reeve Union, Sage Hall, or the Wellness Center Wednesday, April 24, or Thursday, April 25, anytime between 11 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. to join the BTM registry.

If you have questions or are interested in volunteering for BTM, please contact Jonathan Dudzinski (dudzij73@uwosh.edu) or Sara Gosline (goslis73@uwosh.edu).
