Fall Convocation
The UHP's Fall Convocation is an annual gathering of new and returning Honors students, faculty, and staff at the historic Pollock Alumni House. This informal celebration of each new academic year is also an opportunity to showcase the latest Program news, upcoming events, a special keynote speaker, and a catered reception.

UHP Tenth Annual Convocation
On September 18th, 2012, the UHP held its tenth annual Fall Convocation in Pollock Alumni House. The UHP's new Director, Dr. Larry Carlin, along with the UHSA President and Vice President, Kelly Genskow and Shane Conner, shared the latest Program updates as well as exciting upcoming events and activities. The event was a big hit and brought together new and returning Honors students, faculty, and staff.

The highlight of the evening was thanks to the keynote speaker, Dr. Marguerite Helmers, from the English Department. Her talk, "'There and Back Again': Travels in Scholarship," set an inspiring tone for the 2012-2013 academic year.
