2010 Program Costs

Overview of Estimated Costs - Cost Comparisons

(up dated 1/31/10)

During the past three European Odysseys (2006, 2007 and 2009), the costs of the semester abroad program have remained stable. In spite of the fluctuating value of the US dollar against the British pound and the Euro, as well as variable airfares, we anticipate holding the basic academic program cost at $9,400 excluding airfare. Round trip transportation arrangements may be made with the assistance of the UW Oshkosh Office of International Education.

There are no additional tuition costs...only personal expenses. If you have questions relating to program costs and/or regarding the payment schedule, please contact one of the stafff at: http://www.uwosh.edu/oie/abroad/odyssey.php#fees. (Please note: the information on this web site has not been updated as you are encouraged to use the information below as a more accurate guide in planning).

Many students are assisted by the Office of International Education and the university's Financial Aid Office in realizing their desires to participate in a study abroad program. Scholarships, grants and loans are available to qualified students.

Please Note: To minimize program costs, the European Odyssey faculty will continue to recruit program participants until a maximum of 25 students has been reached. The more students who sign up for this program, the lower the cost per student will be. You can help lower the overall program cost by recruiting friends and classmates attending any college or university through out the U.S. to join you in this experience!
