How do I sign up for TitanAlerts?Click on the blue Sign Up button on the right. Once you are into the sign-up screen, enter in your contact information as requested and select which type(s) of notifications you would like to receive. Select an opt-out date — a date you would like to be removed from the service — and read the Terms of Service. When you have filled in all of the required information, click the Create Account box. You will then be brought to a new screen that will require you to validate your account.

How do I retrieve my account password? If you have forgot your account password, you can retrieve it by clicking Log In to your TitanAlert account in the gray box to the right, then click forgot your password.
How do I opt-out (remove myself) from receiving TitanAlert messages?Once you are logged into your account, you can opt-out of text message alerts. On the Groups page, you can do so by clicking unsubscribe next to the groups for which you would no longer like to receive messages. Another way to opt-out of the service is through the Services page. From here, you can select Change Status on the services from which you would like to be unsubscribed, select Inactive and click Update Active State. If you cannot log into your account, simply reply to any text message from the service with the word "STOP” and you will be removed from TitanAlert.
How do I control what shows up on my phone? When you sign up for this service, you are given the opportunity to choose the type(s) of messages you wish to receive on your mobile phone through a checkbox listing of groups. Once your account is created, you can adjust your preferences when signed in.

Does this service work on multiple cell phone networks?Yes. e2Campus is a cross-carrier service. The majority of wireless carriers, including all of the major providers, are supported by this system. See a list of wireless carriers supported here.

Will this service cost me anything? There is no fee for this service, other than any regular fees associated with your text messaging services. Depending on your wireless carrier provider and the plan you have, you may be charged a nomimal fee (like 10 cents per message) to receive text messages. If you have an unlimited text messaging plan, there will be no additional charge.
