The Building Itself
By incorporating renewable energy sources and sustainable principles, the project, designed for a gold LEED rating from the U.S. Green Building Council, is expected to save the University more than $182,000 annually. The four-story, 191,000-square-foot building contains:

UW Oshkosh faculty and staff contributed more than $1 million to the UW Oshkosh Foundation's pride.purpose.promise campaign, which included construction of Sage Hall. The $48-million project is one of the largest single construction projects in the history of northeastern Wisconsin’s New North and is expected to have generated more than 2,000 construction-related jobs by its completion.
