1. UW Oshkosh enthusiasm (50%) – this area will be judged on how well the participant connects to UW Oshkosh. Those who uniquely identify with UW Oshkosh and use words, pictures, or videos to express this connection will score highest.

2. Creativity/Content (30%) – high scores will be given to out-of-the-box thinking skills shown in the submission. Participants’ work will be analyzed based on selection of and execution of their theme. The written description of the submission and mandatory on-camera interview will also factor into this portion.
