South Scott Hall Move-in Schedule

Move-in Day Parking Pass

Every student will be issued one parking pass that corresponds to their residence hall. This parking pass needs to be displayed on your rear view mirror as you enter the unloading zone for your building. We will have staff available to help you unload your vehicle. Once your vehicle is unloaded you will need to move it to a permanent parking space. Any cars left unattended in the loading zone will be towed!

Move-in Day Schedule

The residence halls will open at 9:00am. When you arrive on campus, go directly to your assigned hall and follow the signs to the check-in area. Check-in day is a little hectic with traffic, parking, luggage, people, and elevators in our towers. To relieve some congestion, we need you to arrive on campus using the following schedule:

    9:00am - 10:00am: 8th and 5th Floor Odd Numbered Rooms
    10:00am - 11:00am:  7th and 4th Floor Odd Numbered Rooms
    11:00am - Noon: 6th and 3rd Floor Odd Numbered Rooms
    Noon - 1:00pm: 8th and 5th Floor Even Numbered Rooms
    1:00pm - 2:00pm: 7th and 4th Floor Even Numbered Rooms
    2:00pm - 3:00pm: 6th and 3rd Floor Even Numbered Rooms
    3:00pm - 4:00pm: 2nd Floor Odd and Even Numbered Rooms
