9 a.m.–3 p.m.     Residence hall move-in
                              For first-year students only. Returning student leaders will be available to help.
3:30 p.m.            Goodbye to families
4–5:15 p.m.        Residence hall floor meetings and commuter student meetings
                             All first-year students are required to attend these meetings. Commuter students meet in Room 227A/B, Reeve Memorial Union. Residence hall students, check with your community adviser (CA) for your floor meeting location. Meet your neighbors and become familiar with life in the residence halls. Odyssey leaders also will be available to talk about upcoming activities.

5:30 p.m.         Opening welcome at  Kolf Sports Center
                          This formal welcome to the University will include introductions, music and a keynote address                           by Dr. Laurence Carlin.

6:30–8 p.m.   Welcome picnic  -  Music, food and fun are featured at the first celebration of the year.  Meet new friends and relax after your welcome to campus.

8 p.m.-12:00 a.m.    Red Carpet Event
                                   Reeve Memorial Union
                                   Food, music, games, and fun!
