Fletcher Hall Move-in Schedule
Move-in Day Schedule
The residence halls will open at 9:00am on Sunday, September 1, 2013. When you arrive on campus, go directly to your assigned hall and follow the signs to the check-in area. Please look at the maps to the right for parking and move-in routes. Check-in day is a little hectic with traffic, parking, luggage, people. To relieve some congestion, we need you to arrive on campus using the following schedule:
9:00am - 10:30am: Rooms 435-468 and 201-234
10:30am - Noon: Rooms 401-434 and 235-268
Noon - 1:30pm: Rooms 335-368 and 101-123
1:30pm - 3:00pm: Rooms 301-334 and 134-156
We encourage parents to say goodbye and start heading home by 4:00p.m. so that new students can get ready for orientation activities, beginning with their first floor meeting.
