Volunteer Opportunities

Share in celebration with our students and their families by volunteering at commencement. Here are some of the ways that you can contribute your time and talent to this memorable experience in the lives of our graduates!

Graduate Registration: Greet our graduates upon arrival and check them in for the ceremony. Registration begins 1.5 hours prior to the ceremony and ends .5 hours after the ceremony begins.

Ambassador: Greet families and guests, hand out programs and assist people in finding appropriate seating. Volunteers arrive 2 hours prior to ceremony and are finished after the processional.

Ceremony Concierge: Answer questions, manage lost and found, and provide general information. Concierge opens one hour prior to the ceremony and closes .5 hours after the ceremony ends.

Preferred seating for the ceremony will be reserved for volunteers and up to three guests.
