Feb 14 - March 30

• Start structural steel erection

March 15

• Evaluating the possible addition of photovoltaic solar panels to offset electrical usage in the building

• Evaluating the site for the possibility of using wind renewable energy

April 8

• Concrete slabs on third floor to be poured the week of April 12

September 17

• Footings and foundations on the lecture hall are ongoing and about 50% complete

• Masonry will start next week with the block backup on the lecture halls

• First floor of the building is being roughed in with studs and overhead mechanicals work is about 40% complete

• Second floor is approximately 85% roughed in with stud framing, overhead and in wall MEP

• Third floor is approximately 95% roughed in

• Third floor blocking and final roughs will be going on next week

• Starting drywall on the third floor is anticipated for the week of September 27

• Fourth floor is being spray fireproofed

• Mechanicals and framers starting the week of September 27 on the fourth floor

• North half of the roof is done

• Working on the penthouses 

• Windows are about 25% complete

• Brick veneer is approximately 40% complete with about 115,000 bricks set
