I'm a freshman who'll be starting a pre-health program at UW Oshkosh next year. What classes should I take first?

Mathematics (prepares you for quantitative work in future science courses)

Freshman English (gets you ready for written work in future courses, science and non-science)

Chemistry (failure to enroll in Chemistry the first semester at Oshkosh leads to more scheduling problems down the line than any other issue).     If you choose CHEM 105-106, you leave many more options open.

Healthcare Orientation (gets you planning your college career and beyond, to put your best foot forward)

Intro Biology (BIO 105 or 106)

Speech (gets you ready for oral presentations in future courses, science and non-science)
