PreHealth Professionals of Oshkosh organization     

In Feb 2006, we started PHPO as a way to electronically connect students, faculty, and advisors interested in Healthcare. PHPO is administered through a perpetual D2L platform (all courses at UW Oshkosh have their own D2L platform, too).  It's the fastest way we have to communicate, much faster than these Healthcare web sites, although you can expect to see some cross-listing.

Anyone is welcome to join PHPO; there is no cost or obligation. We don't have very many sit down meetings, but there are active subgroups within D2L, e.g. Pre Dent and Pre Med, who do.  If you want to know when the next PHPO activity is occurring, check our Healthcare Events Calendar online.

To join PHPO, email vaughan@uwosh.edu FROM YOUR UW OSHKOSH EMAIL ACCOUNT.  Put PHPO in the subject line and in the body of the message please type your full name including middle initial.  When you are signed into PHPO, you will receive a confirmatory email and will then be able to log onto the PHPO announcements, Content, and Discussion boards.

To quit PHPO, send an email as above but state in the body of the message that you want to be deleted.
