There are a variety of Smoking Cessation Services available at the Student Health Center.

Individual Counseling

Make an appointment to meet with a medical provider to assist you in developing a quit plan. You are more likely to succeed with your quit attempt if you have a plan, use nicotine replacement products and prescribed medication.

Smoking Cessation Classes

Smoking cessation classes for credit are offered each semester. Watch your campus email for the announcement and information on how to register.
