INCOME VERIFICATION: Must be verified 12 months prior to enrollment. Either 12 months of check stubs prior to the date of application or the calendar year prior to the application, which would be W-2 or tax forms. We also need to verify child support, unemployment, SSI, W2 benefits or any other income coming into the home. Families who are homeless, receive SSI or CCA, Kinship, or have foster care children are all considered eligible with proper verification.
