System Resources
UW System provides support through the following programs:
- OPID (Office of Professional & Instructional
Development) serves as a statewide faculty development resource for
UW System institutions. It meets the broad professional needs of faculty
and academic staff with programming on topics such as student learning,
the scholarship of teaching, career stages, and faculty roles and rewards.
- UW Institutes include the following:
- WiSys Technology Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization designated by the UW System to protect discoveries made at the campuses and promote them through commercialization. Their newsletter is a quarterly publication to inform System faculty, students and staff of important news about this organization and it's activities.
