Information about grant or research project budget revisions.
If the amount of money awarded differs from the proposed amount, a
revised budget will be needed before the account can be created. Please
contact the Office of Grants and Faculty Development for assistance in
revising your budget, or bring your revisions to the start-up meeting.
During the course of your grant, it may be necessary to revise your budget because of changes in actual expenditures or other causes. Approval must be granted by the funding agency if any line item changes are more than 10 percent of the original budget. Please contact your grant accountant for help.
