Primary Investigators need to inform their grants accountant about planned summer payments at least four weeks before the HR due date, which is the 7th of the month prior to their desired pay date.
Human Resources will not enter your planned payments into the system until all the required signatures are on the Personnel Transaction Form (PTF). You should allow time for routing your PTF’s to accommodate signers’ absences and other obligations.
