Briley to join Office of Grants and Faculty Development

By
Linda Freed

Michael Briley (Physics/Astronomy) will join the Office of Grants and Faculty Development part-time as a faculty associate for grants development, beginning September 2009.

His duties will include serving as a resource for faculty and staff as they review requests for proposals (RFPs), preparing grants for funding and assembling budgets. Because faculty are pulled in many directions, he will be a valuable resource to faculty who are preparing or submitting a proposal that is “in the works,” “in their head,” or one that just “needs some revision/editing.”

Please let him know if you would like to schedule a meeting to discuss ideas or proposals. Contact him via e-mail, in his Physics/Astronomy office at ext. 7104, or in the Office of Grants and Faculty Development at ext. 3375.
